Westborough, Massachusetts is located East central Massachusetts, bordered by Northborough on the north, Southborough and Hopkinton on the east, Upton on the south, and Grafton and Shrewsbury on the west. Westborough is about 12 miles east of Worcester, 29 miles west of Boston, and 185 miles from New York City. highways are the Worcester Turnpike (State Route 9), State Routes 30 and 135, the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90), and Interstate 495. I-495, the outer loop around Boston, has interchanges with both Route 9 and with I-90 in Westborough.
