Marlborough, Massachusetts is located Eastern Massachusetts, bordered by Hudson on the north, Sudbury and Framingham on the east, Southborough on the south, and Berlin and Northborough on the west. The Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate Route 90) is easily accessible to Interstate Route 495 on the border of Westborough and Hopkinton. There is no passenger or freight rail service in Marlborough, but the network of intermodal facilities serving Massachusetts is easily accessible.
